Four Weeks to a Flatter Stomach
This program incorporates meal plans and attitude shifting to help you reach your goals and become healthier for the rest of your life. The exercise sessions alternate between interval training days, power walking and/or running days, and core conditioning and flexibility training. This would meet Monday through Friday early in the morning. 5:30 am. $100.00
Barefoot Yoga BootCamp
This is a barefoot class that includes cardio, strength, flexibility, and core work with willpower and grace. This would meet twice a week in the evenings for four weeks. $50.00
Bad Knees Boot Camp
This Boot Camp is geared towards those in their 40’s, 50’s, & 60’s - a low impact interval training program to increase stamina, strengthen your core, improve bone density, and increase your range of motion. Food Awareness training included. This would meet twice a week in the evenings for four weeks. $50.00
