Each week you’ll set a goal to meet 4 requirements to get your name and/or picture on the WALL OF FAME.
#1 - Measure in Weekly (you choose the day and the type of measurement you’ll be tracking) weight; neck measurement; or arm measurement.
#2 - Get 1.5 hours of fitness at the Jym - this can be classes or cardio or circuit training - it’s up to you!
#3 - Meet the nutrition goal of the week: for example, nutrition goal for week #1: get 1 cup of fruit daily.
#4 - Turn in a food journal when you measure in each week.
If you complete all six weeks, we have a t-shirt for you! The best benefit, however, of joining the challenge will be the changes you see in yourself. Making lifestyle changes for a healthier you is a process - you’ll find ideas that will fit in your life that you’ll want to maintain forever. And that is where lasting results come from!
