Check out the “classes classes everywhere” entry again - the ESC building and fundraiser has been put on hold so all classes will be held at the HCE Clubhouse at least until summer… Also I shifted a couple classes around…

Welcome!

What an exciting time for Jana’s Jym!  I am sad to have to close the circuit center but excited about the new class locations and boot camps coming up.  I’m also looking forward to spending time with some of you on Wellness Coaching and Personal Training.  Check out our new class schedule and also read about our boot camps (there’s even one for “mature” adults!)

The telephone number will be moving to my cell phone 214-208-4890 which will be more convenient for you if you need to reach me during off hours.  We still have our PO Box address:  Jana’s Jym, PO Box 593, Royse City, TX 75189.

And remember, right now is yesterday’s “later” so if you’ve been saying, “I need to start exercising…” NOW is the time!

Spring Boot Camps

Starting new Boot Camps in March!  At the Hidden Creek Clubhouse - 1316 Josephine Street.

We need 8 minimum to sign up before we can book it so call now!

Four Weeks to a Flatter Stomach       

            This program incorporates meal plans and attitude shifting to help you reach your goals and become healthier for the rest of your life.  The exercise sessions alternate between interval training days, power walking and/or running days, and core conditioning and flexibility training.  This would meet Monday through Friday early in the morning.  5:30 am.  $100.00

Barefoot Yoga BootCamp

            This is a barefoot class that includes cardio, strength, flexibility, and core work with willpower and grace.  This would meet twice a week in the evenings for four weeks.  $50.00

Bad Knees Boot Camp  

            This Boot Camp is geared towards those in their 40’s, 50’s, & 60’s - a low impact interval training program to increase stamina, strengthen your core, improve bone density, and increase your range of motion.  Food Awareness training included.  This would meet twice a week in the evenings for four weeks.  $50.00

Jana’s Jym is definitely a traveling business now!  Beginning March 1st the following classes will start us off.  As interest increases, we may add more classes and times.  For now:

Morning Classes - $20/month - at Hidden Creek Estates Clubhouse (Hidden Creek residents $15/month) - 1316 Josephine Street

8:00 Mon-Wed-Fri    STEP AEROBICS      

8:00 Tue-Thu      BODY SCULPT & CORE

8:30 Mon-Wed-Fri    GENTLE YOGA

Evening Classes - $20/month at Hidden Creek Estates Clubhouse (Hidden Creek residents $15/month) - 1316 Josephine Street

5:00 Mon-Wed        BODY SCULPT & CORE    

5:00 Tue-Thu         AEROBICS (JAZZERCISE STYLE)

5:30 Mon-Wed      STEP AEROBICS - BASIC

5:30 Tue-Thu         YOGA-LATIES (1 HOUR)

6:30 Mon-Wed       STEP AEROBICS - Intermediate

If you are interested in both morning and evening classes, you can sign up for both for $30/month.  And a single class pass is still just $5.00.
