We’re kicking off our FALL FITNESS CHALLENGE this week - Sign up now!
Each week you’ll set a goal to meet 4 requirements to get your name and/or picture on the WALL OF FAME.
#1 - Measure in Weekly (you choose the day and the type of measurement you’ll be tracking) weight; neck measurement; or arm measurement.
#2 - Get 1.5 hours of fitness at the Jym - this can be classes or cardio or circuit training - it’s up to you!
#3 - Meet the nutrition goal of the week: for example, nutrition goal for week #1: get 1 cup of fruit daily.
#4 - Turn in a food journal when you measure in each week.
If you complete all six weeks, we have a t-shirt for you! The best benefit, however, of joining the challenge will be the changes you see in yourself. Making lifestyle changes for a healthier you is a process - you’ll find ideas that will fit in your life that you’ll want to maintain forever. And that is where lasting results come from!
Meeting on Thursday nights, beginning in October, We will have a new First Place 4 Health Bible Study group. Visit www.firstplace4health.com for information about this Christ-centered weight management and balanced health program. Each bible study is 12 weeks long - you can join for a single study or stay in it for the long haul and do one after another. The program is designed to cover a year with three 12-week studies and one or two 6-week studies. Weekly meetings include bible study discussion, wellness topic discussion (usually fitness and nutrition), weigh-ins, and prayer. Call Jana at 972-635-0002 to sign up!

Jana’s Jym has several Boot Camps so you can pick one to fit your schedule! You must register in advance or the boot camp may not be held - we need a minimum of 8 participants to hold the camp.
M-W-F - 5:30am at the Jym - $75 / $50 for returning campers!
M-W-F - 4:00pm at a school campus - Campus will be determined by number signed up. - Open to all - $100 / $75 for RCISD employees
T-Th - 4:00pm at a school campus - $65 / $50 for RCISD employees

Deadline for the minimum 8 participants is Sept 28th! October boot camps start the week of the 5th and run for a full 4 weeks.
Here is the Fall Schedule of classes - the only thing that may change is the 5:00pm 10-minute M-W-F class if a school campus does a boot camp. Boot camps are a one-month deal and so may change as customer needs change.
