Birthday Parties

Let us take care of everything for your little girl’s next birthday!  Girls learn a dance routine, get a little glamour, and have a blast with our energetic party leaders.

Recipe of the Month

Turkey Broccoli Roll-ups - Chelsie Griffin

2 lbs fresh broccoli spears               

 1  lb thin sliced smoked turkey

2 Tbs frozen orange juice conc (thawed)

1/3 c fat-free sour cream                    

1/4 c reduced fat mayo                     

 1 Tbs Dijon mustard

1 tsp. dried basil leaves

Briefly steam broccoli spears in microwave.  Combine remaining ingredients except for turkey.  Cut turkey slices into 2 inch wide strips.  Spread dressing on turkey slices and roll around broccoli spear tightly.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.  “Yummy!”

Thanks for checking us out!  Click on the categories at left to see important information on what’s going on here at the Jym.  We are primarily a “women only” fitness facility however we do occasionally offer co-ed classes and special programs for guys and gals.  Make sure you visit our main webpage at http://www.janasjym.com/ to get a feel for what we’re all about here.  The classes page on the main website has descriptions of the different classes to help you decide what to try.  If you want to email Jana - send it to jana@janasjym.com and be careful as you type… Your brain will register the “j” in jym but your fingers will have a tendency to type a “g” - Thanks - I hope to hear from you soon!  Call us anytime @ 972-635-0002.

Hi, my name is Allison W. and I am 33 years old.  I have been working out off and on for about three years.  I tried working out on my own for awhile but could not stay motivated and would just regain any weight I lost.  Jana has been a blessing as she not only helps me to exercise for the best results but also helps me with my diet.  The other ladies at the gym are also encouraging and it is wonderful to get to know them and make some new friends.  Everyone is special and valued at Jana’s Jym so join us for a new, improved you.  It’s you - only better!
