Registration deadline June 29th - 10% late fee for registrations after the 29th. Camps start on July 1st (no camp on July 5th or 27th). Camps will run with a minimum of 8 campers each.

Revive your SOLES - with this Barefoot Bootcamp! Designed to provide stability & balance, shock absorption, and the springboard from which we leap into life - our feet have been cheated and deconditioned and abused. This Boot Camp is a combination of yoga, low impact/high calorie cardio, and pilates. Strengthen your whole body, while reawakening the power of your feet! Tue-Thu in July - Cost is $50.00
Push-ups & planks, shuffles & squats, lunges & laps – Bootcamp Basics will work you out and build you up - you’ll feel stronger, healthier, and ready to face anything after this workout. Mon-Wed-Fri in July - Cost is $75.00

This boot camp focuses on understanding and losing belly fat. You will exercise - yes! You will walk, power walk, and maybe even run - yes! You will strengthen your core - front, back, and sides - yes! You will also learn nutritional strategies and stress management strategies that will help you banish belly fat forever!

Four Weeks to a Flatter Stomach
This program incorporates meal plans and attitude shifting to help you reach your goals and become healthier for the rest of your life. The exercise sessions alternate between interval training days, power walking and/or running days, and core conditioning and flexibility training. This would meet Monday through Friday early in the morning. 5:30 am. $100.00
Barefoot Yoga BootCamp
This is a barefoot class that includes cardio, strength, flexibility, and core work with willpower and grace. This would meet twice a week in the evenings for four weeks. $50.00
Bad Knees Boot Camp
This Boot Camp is geared towards those in their 40’s, 50’s, & 60’s - a low impact interval training program to increase stamina, strengthen your core, improve bone density, and increase your range of motion. Food Awareness training included. This would meet twice a week in the evenings for four weeks. $50.00
