Beginning the 27th of June, the THURSDAY 8:00 AM WATER AEROBICS and the THURSDAY 5:00 PM AEROBICS are cancelled. My new work schedule unfortunately does not allow enough time for those classes. We will still have the 5:30 Yoga-laties class with JoNell when she is in town. And please join us for some of our other classes. Have a great summer!

We’ve got a great new evening schedule - lots of the old favorites and a few new classes too. Variety is the spice of life! The Barefoot Cardio class is a hoot! Talk about a calorie burning, core strengthening half hour that also re-awakens our feet. Our poor, tired, overworked, overprotected, over-orthodic’d feet.
