Personal Training is available in your home or anywhere else you plan to exercise. I work with you to develop or refine your exercise program, teaching form, technique, different types, and intensities of exercises. This is very helpful for those who want to avoid injury, boredom, and lack of results. Many people find that the frequency of training sessions is determined more by their personal need for accountability than their fitness ability. Some people set up just one or two sessions to get started and others like to meet weekly or every other week just to stay on track.
Lifestyle Wellness Coaching focuses on your health improvement goals from a broader perspective. Coaching incorporates exercise, nutrition, stress management, and more to help you determine how to make changes you can live with. Coaching focuses on understanding your life, needs, likes and dislikes, and your goals. Strategies are always set based on what you are ready, willing, and able to do. Coaching is ideal for those trying to lose weight especially when better health is the motivation.
Packages are available for either Personal Training and/or Lifestyle Wellness Coaching.
All Package sessions must be used within 6 weeks from date of purchase or they are forfeited.
